The ornament that I ordered didn’t quite look like the picture. It said it was a wooden ornament with acrylic but what I got was a flat acrylic one. Maybe the wrong item was shipped. Great customer service though!!

Product is nice, and I’m satisfied with them…BUT the shipping and impersonal dealings with the company was straight BS!! I can not fully endorse the company, 1st/only time buyer, I’m not sure I’ll use them again!!

I bought 2 things. A hooded blanket which I love! And a pair of shoes. The shoes are not in American sizes and their size chart is not right. I ended up getting a pair of shoes that were too big. Customer service offered me a discount on a new pair, but being that I am now now stuck with a customized pair of shoes WAY too big to use, I passed.

Love it except the fact that they waited until after ordering a 2nd jersey to tell me they now do customizable numbers on the jerseys too

Check the return policy before ordering. I just received my Tatize order of 6 hoodies as gifts. I really like their designs and the quality of the product is good. I measured everyone to make sure that I got the right sizes so they all fit properly and everything is correct. The problem I have is the material is not anything like what I was expecting and half my order was a huge waste of money because the people I wanted to gift them to will not wear them. Tatize only EXCHANGES items and ONLY if you receive a defective item. I should have checked their return policy before ordering because they are very clear about it, but I am disappointed to find this out after the fact.
