SCAM I purchased multiple items in one order. I had only 1 item show up and had no tracking information for my other item. When I contacted and complained that's when they gave me the tracking information on my package that they'd already had sent back to them. I've been trying to get a refund and they straight up refuse to give me my money back on something I never received! I tried to get them to resend it instead since they wouldn't refund me and they said I'd have to pay AGAIN! Even though I never even got the item I was complaining about. They're scammers 100%. Do not order from them

They are scamming me out of money. I've been trying to send my son something since July. The first time they never sent it. The second time they said I put the wrong address. So I had to pay a re send fee. I triple check what I put in to make sure it's right. When I go to track it now. There is two total different information on the address. He still has never got what I paid for

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and a hoodie. The hoodie was great, but the shoes are not so good.. one pair isn't the same color as on the website and I matched up the hoodie with one pair of the shoes to make sure it was a match and when I got them it was a different color purple. Then, they didn't come in boxes so the shoes are smashed and have creases in them... now I'm going to donate.

Check the return policy before ordering. I just received my Tatize order of 6 hoodies as gifts. I really like their designs and the quality of the product is good. I measured everyone to make sure that I got the right sizes so they all fit properly and everything is correct. The problem I have is the material is not anything like what I was expecting and half my order was a huge waste of money because the people I wanted to gift them to will not wear them. Tatize only EXCHANGES items and ONLY if you receive a defective item. I should have checked their return policy before ordering because they are very clear about it, but I am disappointed to find this out after the fact.

I haven't got a tracking number I don't think I'll get my 2 pairs of shoes I ordered this is probably a scam site don't order from them ill change the review if my shoes come but probably won't

This website is not real. They sent me a tracking number that doesnt work, they have no phone number and none of the email addresses work. Never ever order from them and the people writing reviews saying to order from them are paid to write those reviews. Again there website is a whole scam to steal money. DO NOT ORDER

Please do not by from this company they ripped me off they lie and will steal your money even when they promised to refund my money wich again they lied
