Worst experience with orange tata sanathnagar

Please made of suv car because of today only toyota fortune in the market so please made your old safari otherwise hexa with new look

TATA is a leader in transport, IT, air industry and what not !! Everything But when will you guys design a bug free or clean websites for your tata cars or winger vans ? Whenever I want to search for some car, I don’t find any useful information or not even a gallery. I feel like a dumbhead when using this website. How can you be a leader when you cannot look after one of your subsidy ?

Totally Unworthy. Purchased my first car from them but after sale service is totally Garbage. No clearification on the Services or Products. They just charge the customer in whatever manner makes them money. Even the relationship Manager they have assigned talk like Goverment Employee who doesn't even think about customer just about the Dada Motors Sales. Never Going to buy or Recommend the Tata Car to anyone.

I went for a third free servicing at Zedex Mobility, Behrampur, Gurugram. The cost estimate shared by the supervisor was vague and the final bill was much more than the estimate. The paint was peeling off without any scratch or dent, so we requested them to repaint the effected patch, but the workshop was reluctant to touch up the paint. Finally after speaking to the GM the touch up work was done but it was shoddy and unsatisfactory work. Final bill was of Rs 5000/- despite this being a free servicing. The workshop was more inclined towards doing wheel alignment even when there was no requirement to do the same; because wheel balancing would have been chargeable. One more sore point is that Zedex Mobility does not have a drop home facility. The workshop is located at a remote location where one can't even find cabs. TATA motors should not resort to such substandard outsourcing. This is definitely below the average standards as compared to what Mahindra, Maruti or Hyundai are offering.

such a bad experience wherever you go at Tata Showrooms and also service experience is way too poor, need to improve.
