The ad said they were located in Lions Bay. When I said I'd like to see the vehicle, the salesman said they are in Richmond. That raised a red flag, but I let it go. I agreed to go there to view. I suggested a time and he said he'll check his schedule. "Give me a sec", he messaged. 2 hours later, it's closing time and no word. Guess he's got bigger fish to fry. I don't recommend this dealership.

One of the worst experience with tata bs 6 bus. Its last seat is terrible as hell . And the suspensions are worst than any other vehicle. Not good for mountain areas specially.

As a customer who opted for Tata Motors' Z Connect app to manage my EV car remotely, I can confidently say it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Let me break down the sheer incompetence and frustration that comes bundled with this app: 1. Snail's Pace and Confusion: The app operates at a speed that makes glaciers look like speed demons. Navigating through its labyrinthine interface is akin to wandering through a dense fog with no compass. It's slow, clunky, and about as user-friendly as hieroglyphics to a modern-day scholar. 2. Pathetic Functionality: Calling the functionality of this app pathetic would be an understatement. It's like trying to use a landline phone in the era of smartphones. Basic functions fail more often than not, leaving users stranded and frustrated. It's like rolling a dice every time you attempt to use a feature, except all sides of the dice lead to disappointment. 3. Unfair Subscription Shenanigans: Tata Motors takes the prize for the most unjust subscription model in the history of subscription models. You pay a hefty sum for a year-long subscription, only to be told six months in that your data has mysteriously evaporated into the digital ether, and now you must cough up the same exorbitant amount for another year. It's daylight robbery disguised as a subscription service. 4. Customer Support Abyss: If you enjoy banging your head against a brick wall while listening to hold music that sounds like it was composed by a broken fax machine, then Tata Motors' customer support is the place for you. Lethargic, arrogant, and about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine, they epitomize the term "customer neglect." 5. Senior Officials' Ignorance: It's not just the app and the support that are the problem; it's the entire culture of ignorance that permeates Tata Motors' higher echelons. Senior officials seem blissfully unaware of the colossal mess that their app and support system have created. Their indifference is matched only by their incompetence. My recommendation, save yourself the agony, the frustration, and the hard-earned cash. Avoid the Tata Motors Vehicles like the plague. It's a black hole of inefficiency, greed, and apathy that will swallow your sanity whole without a second thought.

I booked on 25th Jan 2024 till now delivery not available. Delivery service is very bad. I am still waiting from last 1 and half month. Only top model is available booked model is not available. I will write bad review in Instagram tata motor official group if I have not car delivery on time . Maruti Suzuki Wagon R will be better than this. So many customer looking other brands why because stacks are not available. This is big loss to your company. Pls take care of this matter as soon as possible. I have attached car booking details.
