**My experience with Tashan IPTV has been extremely disappointing.** The customer service has been poor, communication has been lacking, and there appears to be very little accountability when issues arise. As a customer, I expected timely responses and responsible support, but unfortunately that has not been my experience. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend doing business with Tashan IPTV. I hope the company improves its customer service, communication, and commitment to its customers in the future.

Very bad video and sound quality. As well as the IPTV profile interface, it's very basic. Disappointed Customer care services. The refund process is like fraud.

TashanTV is a scam. Channels constantly lag, video quality is poor, cricket channels don’t work, and customer service never fixes issues. I’ve even heard groups are preparing legal action—avoid at all costs.

I have had several services for IPTV. Tashan TV for iPad is the worst ever. It stops working every month or so. You have to chat with them which also gets disconnected frequently. Somebody may call you after few hours and then you have to spend half hour more on the phone fooling around with this to make it work. I have paid unfortunately for 5 years so will try it a bit more.
