One of the bad Company to deal with proble, they give false advertisement when you call, 20 year experience and best customer service , las four months I am telling them about my problem. Screen get freeze, blank screen , no continuous picture, I send Four video but nothing happens. When you call they say some one will contact you in Two hours . Even at night you call 9 pm they say they will call you two hours , so I do not have to sleep? They say your ticket open with issue and they will resolve, two months passed and nothing done. I hear 1000 time sorry but no action.I want my money back and I can send them my Dr bill due to this my BP going up. Do not buy IPTV box from this company. So many bad reviews for them.who want headache.i have over 1000 WhatsApp messages.

I referred a friend based on their clear promise that once my friend’s connection was active, I would receive one free year added to my current subscription. It has been two weeks of non-stop following up, and they still haven't honored it. Every single time I call or message, I get stonewalled with the exact same scripted, useless response: We have raised a ticket and our team will update you in 48 hours.'* Absolute radio silence every single time. They stall, they lie, and they never fix anything. On top of their shady promotional practices, their channel lineup is aggressively limited compared to actual, reliable competitors. If you're thinking about subscribing or trusting their word on any promotions—don't. Once they get your money, accountability drops to zero.

I raised a complaint today. I am completely dissatisfied with the way the executive has been talking to me. Instead of listening to the problems, he is commanding me to take a few steps and advising me to watch something else until the time things are getting sorted. Without listening to my concern, he kept on saying like an automated recording. Is this the way you guys resolve a concern. Very worst service and customer support. There is no empathy. The customer service executives are not ready to listen and are just buying time. I think I have wasted my time and money on Tashan TV. Disappointing experience. Never buy their service. They make promises when they are selling their products, later on there are a lot of errors that are faced by the clients especially me. The only advice is train your employees to ask for the issue and then give commands. Without knowing what exactly is the problem, how can you resolve it.
