We have been using Tashan TV for the last 6 years. We recently upgraded to the new box with HD quality. We really enjoy all that the TV offers- all Kannada/Hindi TV serials , especially singing shows like Saragsmapa and Indian idol. Able to watch cricket and the latest world soccer games is a bonus. The customer service is extraordinary.

I have been using Tashan TV for the past five months and so far, I found the service to be reliable and easy to use. I opted for the 3 years plan, which gives me access to more than 14000 channels. The app has been working smoothly on my smart TV with no buffering, glitches or other issues. Thanks to the Tashan TV team for providing a reliable service!

I raised a complaint today. I am completely dissatisfied with the way the executive has been talking to me. Instead of listening to the problems, he is commanding me to take a few steps and advising me to watch something else until the time things are getting sorted. Without listening to my concern, he kept on saying like an automated recording. Is this the way you guys resolve a concern. Very worst service and customer support. There is no empathy. The customer service executives are not ready to listen and are just buying time. I think I have wasted my time and money on Tashan TV. Disappointing experience. Never buy their service. They make promises when they are selling their products, later on there are a lot of errors that are faced by the clients especially me. The only advice is train your employees to ask for the issue and then give commands. Without knowing what exactly is the problem, how can you resolve it.
