Incompetent, slow, and completely process incapable. These people have taken SO long to pay back my health care provider the provider wants to send us to collections. You can’t talk to anybody there who actually could care about the fact you are a customer: get in line, take your number and be glad we let you be a customer.

I am a group health broker and I do not recommend that my clients use TASC. Mistakes happen with any company, but I have never been so consistently frustrated with another vendor as I have been with TASC. They have "their systems and procedures" and providing a convenient streamlined experience for the client does not seem to be their focus. I am so tired of "opening a work order or ticket" and waiting to have issues resolved. It usually takes multiple follow up to have issues resolved. I have one client left with TASC and I am counting the days until their three year contract over! 😡

This company hides behind their system whether it is working or not. When it is working, they say "that is the system". When it is not working, no one has any answers. Our company never had a claim processed through them. We were fully funded and when we terminated because it was a waste of money, they held the money for months. It is a BS and no one has any answers.
