Perfect fit, thank you

Very difficult part to order, wiring harness for 2008 Ford F-450 diesel. It was perfect and high quality. I did have a few problems with the web site, but I'm old, so that being said most people's problems with these parts are there own problem. NOT FOLLOWING the instructions. Just read some of these peoples comments.!!!

I ordered a wire assembly for a 1987 Ford Ranger. Tasca could not confirm that the wire harness was going to work. The information on the Ranger is not available anymore. I was refunded the full amount of my order in record time. I did communicate with Yari in the customer service department he and another employee did some checking around and found another source for this part, I very happy with Tasca they could have sent the part that I ordered without confirmation that it would work. I am in debt to Yari and his coworker for helping me find another source for the wire assembly, my money was credited to back to my PayPal account with no delays. Thank you! I will be ordering from Tasca again. I like the way this company does business! I did not get the part that I ordered but everything that was done, was done right and I just feel like I can trust this company and it’s employees to make good decisions and that they are customer service oriented and that is important to me. - Update - Got a refund for the higher VAT invoice from Tasca today. Special thanks to Mike for his kind support. They solved the mistake really fast now - changed the rating from 3 to 5 stars! Received all ordered parts after 4 weeks. It came in multiple packages which was not written in the shipping notification. Sadly, they included the same order receipt on both packages which they used for customs declaration. I had to pay the price twice that way - they should declare the parts which are actually inside the package and not the full order. No reply from the customer service regarding this.

Purchased some genuine accessories for the wheels of a Volvo and had them air freighted to Australia. Customer service was excellent, and verified fitment by email before shipping. This was a small purchase, so taking the time to say thank you here.

Very good customer service, got updates through the whole process, the part I ordered wasn’t matching my VIN, so they asked me if I wanted to buy the right one instead, I agreed and received my outside mirror after less than a week! Thank you 😊

Ordered several complex or high dollar items from Tasca. They always saved me a ton of money and with great service. They once shipped a part with one letter off. Steve's customer service fixed the issue the next morning and I had the correct part on short order. Highly recommend checking their option when shopping around!
