Their website states they offer "Ridiculously fast shipping." After 8 days, my order still had not been shipped, and they could offer no guarantee when it would be shipped. When I asked the first name of the CS rep, he hung up the phone. Previously, I had left two call-back requests via their phone menu, and two e-mail requests at their website. Of course, neither communication was returned. I called back and cancelled the order with another Tasca mope, and now I have to check my credit card activity to make sure it didn't "miraculously" ship before I cancelled on the phone. Too bad I can't select zero stars for this outfit, they very well deserve it. I'm keeping them bookmarked in my browser with a comment to never again waste my time dealing with this "company."

Rude customer service. Send me expired paint and told me I should just deal with it.

Purchased & installed a Volvo OEM part from TASCA. I mistakenly returned a different OEM part (sourced through FCPEuro), using TASCA issued RMA. Followed TASCA's return instructions. Proof of delivery was supplied. Made several calls and sent e-mails to TASCA explaining the part returned was intended for FCPEuro. Never once received a follow-up phone call, nor e-mail. TASCA said it would "try" locate the part, and at my expense ship the part back to me, or - on my behalf - forward it to FCPEuro. Neither was done, and to date, TASCA not once reached out to me via e-mail, nor by phone, to discuss the matter. Instead, they’ve come to the determination that no refund, nor return of part, will ever take place. TASCA’s RMA e-mail stated: "It typically takes 7-15 business days from the day your returned part arrives back at our warehouse to see your credit posted to your payment account”. Surely they could have reached out to me, flagging the returned item as different from that purchased? Mistakes happen, yet competent & reputable businesses have checks & balances in place to expeditiously deal with such issues.

I bought a product with an office in Chile, I never received it and they did not return the money, very bad company, the mail and telephone did not respond.

Ordered a part from these people whose site indicates 1 day delivery to my zone. Charged immediately. 5 days later, part still not shipped, despite email stating shipment would happen on day 5. Asked for refund and cancellation of order, they keep lying saying that item has shipped. Zero credibility, stay away from these clowns.

Ordered a bedliner for my truck on 8/19, received email on 8/23 it was on national backorder. Received follow up email on 8/24, your order is being processed "as soon as we receive the item we will ship". Got a phone call on 8/25 "the manufacture will not ship without my VIN", I told them I would call them back with it. I have tried for three days to get someone on the phone, "they never answer them!!!". They have a robot that picks up and has you enter a number for a callback, that never happens either, I tried 4 times. At this point I am calling my bank to have the funds pulled back and put on my credit card, then going elsewhere. I would have given them zero or even negative stars but it won't let me.

Totally greedy company. Charging over a $1,000 for a somewhat hard to track down high performance sway bar used by the now obsolete Ford Crown Vics. However, Addco, salvage yards and others still have all you want for around $50 to $200. I represent no one but myself.

Tasca took 10 days before they shipped items after I paid for upgraded shipping. What good is fast shipping when they take 10 days to get it in the mail. BTW, I left a negative review on their website and This is what I received "Thank you for submitting your testimonial! We will review your submission and should be posted shortly upon approval". No wonder their website says they have a 9.8/10. They get rid of the negative reviews.
