If I could leave less then one star I would HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to do business with paid for two day shipping it’s been a week still no part called and emailed was given a ship date and wasn’t shipped on that day was told that don’t matter it was a verbal agreement and not what there warehouse log said. STAY AWAY

Waited 7 days after ordering to hear anything back. When I did they told me the part was wrong for my vehicle (I matched my vehicle, year, and everything down to the exact trim and color.) and they had to charge me an extra $10 for the right one. Asked for a refund, got a reply after about 2 hours saying I had been refunded. Its been 3 days since, guess ill call my credit card.

TascaParts is the worst mail order business I have ever dealt with. I ordered parts on Thursday noon 3/29. They sent me an email 3/30 saying they have to order 1 of the parts. I email and called them on 3/30 and am assured they will receive the part by 4/2 and send it to me by 4/6. I called them on 4/3 and they emailed me saying they received the part on 4/3 and will ship it to me right away so I would receive it by 4/6. UPS says they did not ship it until 4/6 and I will not receive it until 4/10. Their repeated, unnecessary, lies will cost me a week without the use of my work truck. If the parts are wrong I will eat the cost to avoid dealing with such liars. No wonder Amazon is taking over the world.

Ordered parts online. Several days later, was told that it's back order. I could have ordered it elsewhere instead of waiting for it. Damn!! Wasted several days.

horrible service ordered a part that the site said they had and called 2 days later to be told they had to order it and that it was shipped to them and would be there next day. called 5 days later and was told that gm shut down for 3 days and that it was arriving today.. what a joke.. dont use these people at all

Ordered Dodge part from them - via tascaparts two weeks later - no parts and no communication. Emailed tascaparts - no response to emails!! Buy elsewhere - pitiful service!!!! Grade F-

Purchased New Grill on 3/14/2018 after 2 days of hearing nothing but yet spending 659.00 on this item I called. They stated they had to order part and would be here in a day. They would then same day get it sent out to me and I would get tracking information. Well on 5th day (19th) I called and questioned they said it showed on 19th and will send out the 19th. Well Never received anything in email with tracking information. So called on 20th and they said it didn't make it out will try to get out today.
