Pleasantly surprised - I actually had a good outcome with Tasca Parts!!!
I ordered a Ford OEM part from GetOEMParts.com, which is Tasca Parts. Good price. After placing the order, I read these reviews and became concerned. I emailed them twice to cancel the order (due to my concerns), but they did not respond. Despite my pleas to cancel, the order was processed in a timely manner and the part was shipped. To my delight, the part was the correct, brand new part, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Poor response to my pleas to cancel, but in the end, I received the correct part for a good deal in timely fashion.

Hi, Bill - We appreciate your review. Customer satisfaction is very important to our team. Unfortunately, the recent COVID-19 situation has resulted in staffing issues at our location and distribution and shipping issues with our manufacturers - which we've tried to communicate clearly to customers. Wait times on the phones and response times to emails have definitely lengthened. That said, we're all still doing our best to process orders and get parts out the door as quickly as we can. UPD2. Greeting from Ukraine guys Actually there may be problems with feedback (due to the situation with covid), but this seller has proven its reliability. Thanks a lot, Tasca! UPD. Thank u for reply! now i can wait patiently) Order: #1420361 No response from Tasca Parts after my order was placed on March 30, 2020 ..almost a month ago( Yes, next day (March 31) I got an email about one of order details have estimated date of resupply of 4/20/20, its long but ok, no problem, I said that I wait until the 20th. And after that last email there is no update / response from Tasca Parts. OMG ( I emailed three times on this week, but still nothing. I know about situation with covid, but situation with my order is confusing too. I want to believe that everything will be fine and Tasca Parts don’t ignore me

Hi, Andriy - Thanks for contacting us - and for your patience. I had someone on our Customer Support team look into your order for you and it looks like it is due to be delivered on 05/01. The order was definitely a large one and we had to wait for a number of special order parts to arrive from the manufacturers (which are all experiencing delayed deliveries). But, according to tracking, your order should be arriving tomorrow. Also, you should be receiving (if you haven't already) an email with updated tracking info. Thank you!

I've ordered parts from Tasca twice now…
I've ordered parts from Tasca twice now (Ford F150) and had great experiences both times. The first part I selected was an updated part for my truck and they confirmed fitment via VIN and made sure I got what I needed. Second order was a special order and they kept me updated at least once per week even during the factory shutdowns. Highly recommend.

Great communication and fast delivery
Great communication and fast delivery. Got my window regulator for nearly half the price than from actual dealer. Very satisfied and looking to do more business in the future.
