Horrible place horrible customer service I have gotten stuff from China faster I paid nearly 30 bucks just in shipping plus the cost of the part and keep getting the same excuses it’s not my fault or my problem your short staffed or behind the original email stated my order would be shipped with in 1-2 business days it’s been two weeks still no part still the same excuse just refund my money and let’s move on order # 1134214

I ordered parts for my Ford. After two days I got an email that some parts have to be ordered from another location but will be available shortly. 2.5 weeks later still no info about shipping time. I send the first email to ask for the status on the parts... NO ANSWER at all. I ordered the parts at my local ford dealer, next day pick up. I needed the parts to get my car back on the road. Send a 2nd mail to tascaparts that I want to cancel my order... NO ANSWER. Two weeks later (4 weeks after placing the order) I get the shipping confirmation for the ordered parts... serious??? I got the parts and request a return by sending an email (per instruction on their website).. guess what... NO ANSWER... Customer service, not at all. My order no. 1115166... I liked their website but such a service? There are enough shops available to order Ford parts you should look somewhere else! Great, they respond quick when it comes down to bad reviews, still no answer on my mail (I sent three more and tried to call) half an hour waiting time, call back function? Of course nobody called back!!!

Hi, I received my order monday order #1130607, unfortunately it is not the parts I ordered, I believe I got someone else's order. The order I should have received was for super duty back up sensors, retaining clips, and a wire harness. Packing slip shows what I ordered but what I actually received was 2 ford emblems and 1 RS emblem for a ford focus. I really need the correct parts asap. I have been calling and emailing since Monday and have yet to receive any reply or call back. Tasca parts customer service is a joke, beware and find a different source for your auto parts.

Nothing but a bunch of BS. I ordered parts for them last Wednesday and they sent me an email on saturday telling me one of the parts didnt line up. Going back to my order they did indeed catch that my wiring harness was not compatible with the switch i bought so they told me to contact them on how i want it handled so i send seven emails so far yes 7!! And told them i wanted the other harness with no response ive called them about 10 times and still no response been put on hold everytime. At this point i dont expect to get my stuff so i will be going to the bank tomorrow about fraud on then. My order number is 36443 quite hoenstly if you arent gonna send me my stuff just give my money back. If you guys were willing to send me the right parts and expedite them then it would have been okay but ive called you guys multiple times and never got an answer i would have rather just got the right parts

I bought an Item that was sent late and it was not in the original packaging, so it did not fit. Tried to reach them by email, phone several times, waiting or leaving a call back number, but no answer. If you value your time, do not waste it on their poor customer service.

Nobody respond to my emails! Order #1103187 What is the situation with my order now? Already 30 days have passed after the payment. If you cannot complete my order, then cancel it and return the money! I'll place an order elsewhere!

Contacted my local infiniti dealer and got my parts number to make process easier,, logged into their website and order. Two days later I got an email that they could not process my order because my vin number was incorrect which was bull and they needed my correct vin to ensure accuracy of my order. I re verified and it turned out my vin was accurate. Next thing I get is they were going to place the order from their distributor because they did not have the items in stock. Another BS, and that should have told me to take my money and run but I agreed, paid for 3 day shipping. Fast forward 2 weeks later, yes, that's how long it took, I got the items and low and behold, they were the right part expect for one, Even though they parts were correct, the items they sent were brown and my vehicle interior was black. TAsca just took the vin number and sat on it, they did not verify to make sure they were sending the right color. What a disappointment that they wasted my time, but to add insult to injury, they sent wrong colors. Would have been a bit bareable if they sent the right item but no. I definitely wont be doing business with them again. Update to their response, damn lies that you did not here from me because I personally called validated my Vin. They did say they cannot pull up infiniti parts on their system and they have to special order. But even with the special order, why did I get wrong color items. Items you allspe ial ordered does not match the interior to my vehicle. Anyways I would like to return all for a refund. Let's see if the will try and make me pay for a return shipping

I ordered a part 22Feb morning and it still say processing on 1March. They send a mail my order is a special order and it takes 3-5business to ship. But today is 6th business day. and they don’t reply to my mail. Terrible company and terrible customer service! Edit:Today is 6th March the order stills say processing. Don’t buy anything from this company.
