My order was placed on the 10th June…
My order was placed on the 10th June 2020 and it has been 14 days and order number 1480674 has not been shipped and calls are not answered. I only got 1 email response stating that shipping of parts will be delayed due 1 more parts being outsourced but the number of days have now elapsed. I am very disappointed in their response. I placed another order with Rock Auto and all parts were shipped to South Africa within a week

I ordered parts on 06/03/2020 After a week, I received an email stating it may take 3-5 additional days because of special order. Well I kept checking the website and it only said processing. I have not yet received any email or information about my order. My car has been sitting for over 3 weeks I'm wondering when my order will be sent ? Order ID: 1474762

However, we are - as noted all over our website and in order confirmation emails - experiencing very high order volumes lately and delays in processing, shipping, and communications. Ordered a sunroof switch for my 2015…
Ordered a sunroof switch for my 2015 chevy silverado 7 days ago. Recieved an email the next day saying the order was processing. A week later it still says processing. I called their customer service twice in the past 3 days waited on hold for over an hour each time, know one ever picks up. I've emailed. No one responds. So I just ordered the same part from another company it's going to be here in 3 days. Emailed tasco told them to cancel the order and refund my credit card. I'm sure they wont and I'll lose my $40 but at least I'll be able to close my sunroof sometime this week. My opinion is this company sucks, poor response time, poor shipping time, and absolute horrible customer service. Do not buy anything from this place if you need it fast.

We've communicated as best as possible with customers through website banners, notes on the final order confirmation page, and a note in the initial order email you would have received that our team is experiencing extremely high order volumes lately and are delayed in communications as well as order processing and shipping. That said, it does look like we cancelled your order as requested.

Still waiting on my order to me…
Still waiting on my order to me shipped, stuck in processing after a week, i even paid for faster shipping. I have send multiple emails and when i try to call it hangs up after 10 mins. I left numerous comments on their facebook page without response. Order ID: 1479097 Order Status: Process Order Date: 06/08/2020 - 03:26:58 PM Do not recommend, stay away. They have time to post on social media but cannot reply to emails. UPDATE (6/15/20): your email said: "Thank you for your purchase! Your order is in the capable hands of our Parts Specialists team. Keep an eye out for an email update in the next 2-4 business days with more detail on your order status, including shipping information. Thank you for shopping with us!" Amazing how you respond to a review within mins but can not respond to emails and phone calls. This has already pasted YOUR extend timeline. And I paid extra for faster shipping and your response is a couple days this will be process??? you have already had a week! UPDATE PART 2: Now they are saying opps special order, their site said nothing about that when I placed the order I want my money Refunded ASAP!!!! And now they inform me after a week where i have to post a review to get an email back.

I give 1 cause I can't give 0. They stole my money since a month ago and NOBODY is replying my e-mails (more than 20). I go ahead with leagal actions. My order is 1462755 and it was placed a month ago. Seems Tasca is only interested in her image here but it's sad to realise that we all agree, the customer service overall last months is REGRETTABLE. I never experienced that in my life.
