I needed a new lumbar support for my 08 Mustang GT. After getting up the courage to tear my seat out and learn how to peel the leather seat cover up half way - I quickly saw the spring which loads the plastic support, had snapped in half. It was fairly easy to pop the old unit out by squeezing the clips together and disconnecting the electrical supply. I ordered the part and within THREE days it was on my doorstep! Tasca is kinda like the ‘Amazon’ for Ford parts ! The part was installed the day I received it and seat back into car the following day. Worked like a champ!! Thanks Tasca Parts

Ok so at first when I read all the negative feedback I was thinking I would be in trouble. I gave it a shoot anyway since I ordered a part that isn't very expensive. I had no problem, customer service was just fine and I got my part in good delivery time. I would definitely give a try with those guys, seems like they are trying to improve with the customer service and each person has their own experience. Don't let the bad reviews hold you to give it a try with them.
