they took more than (2) weeks to ship the product. when i got the item, they sent the wrong tweeter (passenger was sent not driver side). i requested a return or exchange. they took (2) weeks to respond saying i need to pay for the shipping even though it was their fault they sent the wrong item. Skip the headache and buy somewhere else.

TascaParts advertised a "OEM Ford Part" and while it my be a Ford part its a used part. And if you want to return a "used" part you must get an "authorization" from TascaParts first And you will pay all shipping costs to return your "Used" TascaParts junk. Yeah I made a mistake, fool me once. Do not buy from this ripoff website. TascaParts.com

Ordered part, was told its in stock but three days passed a d not shipped. Contacted them and they told me they need to locate part which will take 3-5 days then process it thats another 3-5 days making it 6-10 business days to ship. Horribly misleading

Placed an order for parts showing readily available. A few days later got e-mail saying that one item is on the national back order no ETA. I agreed to cancel the item and ship the rest of the order that day. 7 days later no tracking, no order. Contacted to get an update and another item from the order is delayed. I canceled the entire order, walked into my local dealer ( placing the order online, which is a few $ more, yet no $85 shipping), and got the part right away. TascaParts poor communication, if it is not a scam definitely using the bait and switch or just lie tactics.

Absolutely insane company. Bait and switch. Ordered part, paid shipping, They then contacted me 3 days later asking for $430 MORE FOR SHIPPING!! Scammers. STAY CLEAR!

Total disappointment! They have cancel order without any reason that could concern buyer. No refund of cancelled order! No contact and so on! Such companies should go down
