Order #1506806 Placed on 07/20/2020 Status still showing " Processing" today on 8/18/2020 I have called over 6 times in a span of 2 weeks, lines just keep me on hold until about 40mins each time and then the line just hangs up on me. I have e-mailed customer support 3 times in a row and have not gotten a single reply. I know you guy's arent prioritizing my order because I did not pay with Paypal and you are holding leverage over me due to the fact that I cannot open a case on you, the least you can do is reply or refund me my money back if you don't plan on ordering the parts I asked for. Will 100% not be doing business with this company ever again.

Just got of the phone with customer service And I talk to some one last night and they said it would take 48 hour from ordering to process so I call today again and the guy told me I am lying that they did say that last night. How the hell would he know they did say that to me I talk to a lady last night and a man today so unless he can change his voice over night then how would he know what she was a lot nicer asking if I would want a refund so I would have a bad taste if it took to long starting so see what they have so many bad review BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Order 1517320 placed on 07/30/2020, two weeks ago today. On 08/03/2020 I received an email stating that the part had to be ordered in and would ship in 3-5 business days. Eight business days have passed and three emails have gone unanswered. I called today and held for roughly 20 minutes before someone finally answered only to tell me that my part was on back order. Upon reading most of the reviews here it’s obvious there’s a pattern and I’ve picked the wrong company to do business with. By early next week I’ll be demanding my money back, filing a complaint with PayPal if necessary. Truly pathetic experience. Updated order # 1517329. Just to give the final resolution, my money was refunded, and to be fair, the customer service rep was very polite and professional. I was told this Ford factory part was on back order from Ford and they had no idea how long it would be. I promptly placed my order with FordParts.com and received the order in 3 business days. It was less than $4 more expensive through Ford but was worth it as I got it very quickly. If Ford told Tasca it was on back order, I wonder why Ford didn’t tell me the same? I’m not sure what kind of business they’re running but I’ll never consider buying from them again.

Update of my review below. I ordered a gasket for a supercharger intercooler. The order sat pending, ETA N/A. My project was held up waiting for it. I attempted calling and emailing to no avail. I finally sent a contact form from the website telling them to cancel my order. I went to another source and purchased the gasket and have had it in hand and installed for several days. What do I get today? An email from Tasca telling me the part had shipped. When you want and need the part you can't get it. When you don't want it any longer, they send it. Too bad but they are getting it back. Way to go Tasca, just take your time and do it your way. There are just too many other good, organized sources out there these days than having to deal with Tasca ever again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE COMPLAINING ON HERE ITS THE SAME SCENARIO, I PLACED AN ORDER ON THE 17TH OF JULY, EMAIL STATING PART HAS TO BE ORDERED BLAH BLAH BLAH... NO OTHER CONTACT FROM THE COMPANY. I HAVE CALLED, EMAILED, AND NOTHING. ORDER # IS 1508324.. IM SURE I WILL GET SOME BS RESPONSE AS TO WHY AND WHAT HAPPENED.

Very bad service. My order #1502416 was ordered 10th of July! 4 weeks ago! I have sent several emails and have had no response. I called the number but it says it is not connected here in Aus. This is my last resort before I report a scam and fraud.

Look folks. Don’t read the business response to these complaints. It’s just lip service. Placed order Monday. When called to check status on the order they wanted 20% more than the amount when I checked out. These guys are fraudsters. Use google. You will find the same complaints in many forums and websites. ****Their reply is garbage. I placed item in cart the same day I checked out. These folks are scammers. Typical bait and switch fraudsters. If it quacks like a duck it most certainly is a duck. The item I ordered was $212 they told me Ford raised the price to $290. I ordered the item from caraiD for $217. These guys are liars and con men. *****

Update since my review on 7/28. Received a response from Tasca the next day stating that they emailed their team, and it looks like my order is prepping to ship. Interesting that I received info about my order without giving any order number, email, or part number (via my review). Makes me believe that it was a bogus reply. Anyway, per Tasca's website my order is still "Processing". Ready to file a dispute with my bank as I know they'll try and pull some nonsense to keep from issuing a refund (though they probably haven't even received the part yet). Order #1510647 | Placed on 07/21/2020 | Status Processing Not happy at all. Tasca, get it together with communication. If all your parts are outsourced and take a month for even you to receive, just say so before taking people's money!
