No Delivery
I have but 1300 € chevrolet parts from 11 sept 2020 Now i'm waiting No answer from Tascaparts ????????

Save yourself the headache
I had purchased some items pre-COVID for my car to get fixed. Unfortunately, it took them around 3 months to send me my items. I had reached out to them numberous times without recieving a response. In June it finially arrived and by then I already had Ford fix my car so I requested a refund. Could not get a response until November when the associate told me the thirty day return day policy had already passed. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this company.

I assume some of the parts on your order may have been back-ordered. Unfortunately, back-ordered items will typically take longer than average to acquire. As for the RMA request, Customer service representatives are urged to respond to emails daily. TASCA PARTS SUCKS !!!!!!!!!
Paid $8.33 for a clip to hold my windshield wiper arm to the motor and the shipping was $10.57 for a little 3oz clip !!!! I ordered it on 10/17/20 and it took until 10/30/20 to receive it !!!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MORONS AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, when it comes to shipping, multiple variables determine the overall cost it would take to send out a product such as an ongoing pandemic, an upcoming election, anything of that nature could affect the time it takes to receive a product. It should be noted, that we do not determine the price of shipping. We work extremely hard to source the most cost-effective and efficient carriers for our customers but unfortunately when it comes to shipping prices, we are at the mercy of our shippers. TASCA PARTS CATASTROPHE
Encore une supercherie de TASCA PARTS , il n'a jamais était question de transport maritime , si ça avait été le cas je n'aurai jamais commandé les pièces dans ce magasin car il me les faut rapidement d'ailleurs lors d'appel téléphonique le vendeur de TASCA PARTS m'a affirmé qu'ils expédiés les pièces par avion , dans ce cas je demande l'annulation de ma commande et le remboursement .

Bait and switch pricing
Bait and switch pricing. They place their items low and Jack up shipping. Then, they email you and tell you that you owe more money before the item can be fulfilled. (This is illegal). They claim it is due to a pricing error, but when I visited the site 4 days later, the price was still listed the same.

We recently took a look at the price discrepancy on the part you ordered. As it turns out, Ford had updated the price of this particular part between the time you ordered the part and received the part. This situation is certainly an anomaly however we will be meeting with our eCommerce manager shortly to ensure this will not happen in the future. again, we apologize for the mistake and would love a chance to make it better in the future

My package was send to wrong address
My package was send to the wrong address and I didn’t received it The address got labeled wrong from Tasca And I submitted it correctly

Horrible experience..I paid 20.00…
Horrible experience..I paid 20.00 shipping fees to get a 100.00 $ part. I had to Return upon receiving item due to wrong size item were kept in original packaging..I sent multiple emails and called their customer service phone line, to get no answers or no returns on any of the emails sent..I paid 24.00 more dollars to ship the item back following Return Guidelines from the website..2 months I finally get an email saying they will give me a credit for 67.00. REALLY? Unbelievable! Never again Tasca
