OK, I won't lie, getting my order took a long time! Probably 3 weeks. One of the parts was special order, and while it wasn't well communicated, I think Tasca was waiting for that part most of the time. However, every time I called or emailed Tasca, they were great. Very friendly and communicative, never seemed dodgy at all. The parts were exactly what I needed, in perfect condition, and well packaged. If I was in a hurry I'd shop locally, but I'd gladly shop with Tasca again if I wasn't in a huge rush. They're just not great at managing the supply chain.

Rare replacement part which was a great find, just missing a few screws and plastic coverings over screw holes. I re used the old so not a problem in the end

I was able to get in contact with customer service while on hold within 5-10 minutes. Spoke with Mike and had no issues. He was very polite regarding my inquiry about reviewing my order. Promptly the same morning Joy contacted me via email letting me know what the order status was along with helping me cancel the order. I had to cancel the order due to parts related issues associated with Magneti-Marelli blocking buyers other than Mopar dealers due to a new agreement put in place with Mopar being the only ones authorized to sell certain parts. The staff were fine and were very friendly along with canceling the order without hassle.

I normally conduct all my orders through Amazon Prime. But, I found Tasca to have unmatched low prices. Here are my thoughts. Pros: -Good prices for OEM parts. -Received the exact parts that I ordered and it arrived packaged sufficiently. Cons: -If I had to nitpick it took awhile to get my parts (just under 3 weeks). Tasca did send me an email saying my parts had to be special ordered. I did not mind the wait. I would recommended Tasca to others if they know exactly what they are ordering and aren't in a rush to receive it.

I can't believe all the negative reviews...ordered a few parts for an older F250...came within a reasonable amount of time...there was a minor issue, 1 item missing,invoice stated order shipped complete..one phone call,issue was immediately corrected...would gladly buy from again!
