I ordered over $100 in gaskets to fix my leaking expedition back in mid-april, order # 1462282, and like everyone else here, email said it would be shipped in 3-5 business days. They were just waiting for everything to come in. We are almost a month later and after multiple emails and being stuck on hold for an eternity, I am still waiting to fix my truck. They identified they are behind, are they taking steps to catch up? I think I will be going elsewhere next time if I need parts in a hurry. They are not the cheapest OEM source. I ordered parts for the 5.4 over the winter and they were good service then, the parts came through quick. This time, the parts were finally in the mailbox July 20th. The parts did work well, they stopped all the leaks, which made life a lot better driving this vehicle around.

Ordered my parts June 6th and still waiting for a eta No answer from emails, Living overseas,s makes it harder to chase up Order1479106 Things have started to happen and have at lest heard back,will update It is now the 2/7 and apart from an email saying waiting for one part which I said do not worry about, got a reply from Joy saying next email will be when the parts are sent 20/6 nothing. I do not like using this site to bag people but have no choice! Please please answer my may emails regarding my parts or full refund ASP. If I have not had a response by 3/7 or parts posted with proof then put my money back into my account please,this has been a joke and a lesson for me or buying parts online. Been in the motor trade now 40yrs never ever had issue like this. Would like to give a minus star but no option. Have changed to three stars and hope parts arrive. Thanks Trustpilot for the help. Will always check on here first for any feed back when buying on line. Trusted shop in the UK works the same and rates performance ect. Puzzle print in Latvia is a good example high ratings and service

I added a couple stars on edit. The phone was answered about 15 minutes after posting the initial review. The representative was courteous. He cancelled the order and a full refund was credited to my PayPal account. I may try Tasca again post-pandemic for something I can afford to wait on just to see if delivery has improved. I need to cancel my order placed on 25-April and am well past the “3 to 5 business days” that were supposed to be needed to get my parts out. I need to get the car back on the road this week so will source the parts locally once this order is cancelled and the Purchase price is credited back to my PayPal account. Numerous attempts to contact Tasca via phone, email, and FB messenger have gone unanswered. In fact, I’m listening to their hold music as I type this...

I ordered two parts on April 26. I received an email saying they were special order a week after I ordered. Still processing. I've called 4 times in the past week on hold for 30 minutes each time and no one answers. I would like to know what's going on so that I know I just didn't send them my money for nothing. Upd2. Finally received my order. Will raise by one star more. Communications works only thru FB or here. Hope situation will change after covid isolation finished. Upd. GOt first response. Will rise by one star until get email with ETA I've placed an order #1435686 on 17-Apr-2020. 20-Apr-2020 received an email "Important Update on Your Order (with VIDEO) - Order #1435686". Order still is status "Processing". No responds via email. Order amount 1.5K.

I have had good experience with Tascaparts in the past. My last order is becoming a painful experience. It is a simple order of 4 dust boots and a couple rubber seals. 12 days later and the order is still being processed. I emailed the company twice and I don't even have a response. The car is on the lift and I cant use it unless I have the parts. Will give them until today to respond and I will go to the local Mazda dealership and if they have the parts, I will cancel my order. I am sure Covid-19 has something to do with the processed delay but communication is an important aspect of customer service and there is no excuse for that. Order 1431853
