Tasca parts, well at 1st it thought a great service, all went well good shipping updates to Spain, but when the delivery finally shows up, the order is wrong and also parts missing, bearing in mind I paid for the full order including the shipping on weight and then the customs on the price of the invoice, not only to be ignored for nearly a week after a number of emails, but also unable to put my f150 back on the road as the correct parts didn't show. Not happy, I will also be leaving reviews on other said forums.......

This company fails to respond to emails, chat, phone, etc. I've tried to cancel my order numerous times, to no avail. It's amazing how Paypal is complicit too. I've tried to escalate to Paypal, to no avail. No product and money lost, but i'm not going to allow this company to continue this behavior and take money from others. ATTN: Tasca Parts: I will seek relief, as I am legally entitled to do.

First 2 orders of small items went fine. The latest order was bigger and they responded well to ensure the parts were compatible, they then delivered 1 of wrong parts. I've not been able to get a response since and I'm having to get my credit card provider to reverse the transaction. EDIT: Tascaparts asked for details after seeing my review, never heard back. Credit card company refunded me the money, Lesson Learnt.

ordered bumper inserts for my 2020 Silverado 3500 using VIN# to confirm correct parts with merchant. Received incorrect parts- for a Silverado 1500. I have attempted to call, email, leave reviews & get no response. order # 245409

Placed a order for a water pump, thermostat and necessary gaskets for my F250 with 6.2L gasser on September 25th. After a 2 week delay as they rounded up the parts. They shipped it USPS for $21+ and got lost(priority mail that took 7 days). For that money it should of went UPS or FedEx ground. Water pump AL3Z-8501-D arrived damaged(impeller bent on shaft). Tried calling but got message they don't take live phone calls and to use their email. So after emailing the company and no response after 3 business days. Called and filed dispute with Discover Credit. Buyer beware. Order number 1674044.

I ordered a brake controller for my truck and was taking to long to even process my order and ship it so i went and got the controller the ford dealer i have now spent the last week and a half trying to cancel my order and get a refund have sent multiple emails used there "live chat" because there phone number leads you no were order number 1679578

I placed an order 5 weeks ago and it hasn't shipped. Only response I receive from representatives is "I only process the orders". Realizing parts had to be ordered, the parts have been at Tasca facility for 2 weeks. Why have they not shipped? If you really have a problem no one seems to help. No phone number to call either. Look elsewhere to buy parts if you need them in a reasonable time frame. Also tried online chat a few times and no one was available.

Wrong part received and no contact from Tasca Parts. They will respond in anyway. Two different phone numbers state they do not answer at this time. Tried online contact form. Live chat doesn't work tried several times. Keep trying emails. Its sad I have bought from them before and even pointed others to them on IG. This is my last attempt to be civilized since some have had responses here. -email Request for RMA Order number 1658310 part number FR3Z-17K707-R left rear mirror - Without shelby, with heat, with memory, with blind spot (correct based on your site description fitting all 2015-2020 mustangs) Vin 1FA6P8TH4F5330201 suggested FR3Z-17K707-G but your website description says without blindspot (I have blindspot monitor) Mirror received much larger 6 x 5” vs 3.6 x 6.3” Not sure if your website description for both parts is wrong but this part definitely incorrect. My 30 days from receipt of part is tomorrow and wanted to get this email sent to date stamp contact as live chat does not work, phone number does not get answered.
