First delivery of order was made somewhere. Unfortunately nowhere in our village! Replacement promised within 3 weeks, a month later it had still not arrived. Apparently it had been lost in transit. An alternative delivery address was requested (a ridiculous suggestion for a rural community). So refund was only option.

While Tartan Vibes appears to be a U.K. company the products are shipped from China. Tracking is spotty; also caution to the buyer DO NOT assume sizes are what they generally mean in the U.S. I ordered a 5xl and I would be gracious to say what I received was a 2xl. The return policy is written to favor them only. The only benifit was I now have a shirt to regift to someone and I basically got enough of a refund to cover the expedited shipping. I wont be back. BUYER BEWARE

Great quality - the fact that they had tartan clothing for my family, which is not a major Scottish clan name, was a huge bonus. The owner reached out to me directly to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase - you just can't beat that level of customer support.
