Shipping is absolutely awful. Ordered over two weeks ago and still haven’t received my item.

Placed an order using the NEWPOETNU. But when I paid with my amazon pay card the bag went back to regular price. So I call amazon to cancel pay. Amazon said they sent a message to Targus to cancel order. But the order was fill anyway. So I call Targus Tuesday afternoon about sending the order back explained all of this to the person that took my call. And still wanted to charge me to send this order back. When I asked about a return label. She seen to get agitated with me as if I was not speaking the truth. I had to have someone at Amazon Pay to call Targus back to help in assisting me in this matter. I don't feel that should have to lose money to return this item, when I cancel this order before it was shipped.

I thought the case I bought would be like leather but instead when I got it, the case was very cheap & plastic like. I talked to a service rep to do a return & he said I would get $5-7 for shipping taken out of the refund when I was fine with. But when I did get refunded You guys took $16.45 out which was more than Double! I will never buy from Targus ever again! Super misleading & taking money away from me!

Got in touch with customer services to complain about the Targus Cooling Pad, which became faulty (foam has literally bent out of shape and fan is loud and not quiet as advertised) within one day of opening it and was told they would not be able to replace it under warranty and that I should contact the retailer I bought it from as it has been less than 30 days. Quite disappointed with Targus's customer service and this product. I have other Targus products and the quality is excellent but this one is quite poor given its RRP and how much I paid for it. I'll definitely look elsewhere when I need to buy computer accessories in future - plenty of other decent companies that appreciate their customers.

Targus Executive Premium Roller Bag - the wheel came off, did all they asked, but due to it being a gift - no receipt. NO exchange. Fair as its there policy, just show a total lack of customer service. Just thrown it in the bin along with my other one, now have a different companies on order. will no longer recommend this company.
