OK on time, but driver tossed package over the property gate. Fortunately, you notified us that delivery had been made, so we could go to the gate and pick it up. Next time, I would appreciate that the driver at least rings the bell at the gate

Arrived promptly and fits correctly. It's a bit unwieldy for around the house. I wish the cover detached from the case for times when I'm not hauling it around. Overall I am happy with it.

I love the case. It is my second one. It keeps my iPad secure and protected. However the clasp is difficult to open and close.

My overall experience was great. The representative I talked too, seemed knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions.

Many changes have been made to this bag, I assume to remove costs from the production. The zipper pulls are cheaper, the internal tablet pocket uses velcro now instead of a zipper. It is still a good bag, I just wish it was as good as it used to be.
