I had great experience with Targus! Their customer service agents were all absolute starts! They were kind and sympathetic and were always ready to help out, also I have never waited more than 1 minute before an advisor answered!!! I had shipping problems with the delivery company(they lost my parcel, containing their lovely backpacks) and Targus were nice enough to send replacement ones just right before my holiday! I’ve already had the same backpack 5 years ago, so I decided I need to get myself the same one, because they are very durable, sleek and versatile. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely shop with them again.

Quite unsual Company in today’s climate.Not only great quality product at very reasonable price,their’s Customer Support is second to none.They contacted me twice with the latest updates on delivery to put my mind at rest that parcel will arrive before I go away on holiday,as DHL tracking system was slow on updates.What a contrast to so many firms with good products to sell but failing on Customer Service area.Thank you Targus.
