Very poor response time
Very poor response time, doesn't return phone calls! We Still never received a proof of both sides of the card. No idea if the mailers even went out! NOT a big fan right now, very disappointed!

Jessica Stone, was extremely helpful. Helping make sure my CVS file was uploaded correctly, to help meet an expedited deadline. She was quick to respond via email and on the phone. Her customer service was professional, helpful, and made the overall experience very positive. Thanks to her great job I will definitely be using direct mail with staples again in the future!
