The site was easy to use. The one thing I would like to see more of is more flexibility with designing the add and text. Specifically with size and adjustments needed for the layout.

I was not able to preview my order before purchasing. Also, I wanted to use USPS route numbers but was not able to find where to input those. However, a Taradel rep reached out to me, took the time to listen to my concerns, and did what they could to make using this system much easier. I am very impressed with the amount of communication and assistance I received! We will be using Taradel for our next campaign.
