The desired recipients did not receive the mailing (including myself). The customer service was terrible as Taradel basically said, "not our problem" with zero effort to make it better. I will never use this service again. **UPDATE after Taradel reply: UPS said they delivered it to all the recipients that you (Taradel) told them to. And so the issue is with your targeting data, which is very inaccurate. When this issue was discovered, Taradel's response was "that's our data provider's problem". So again, and as demonstrated in their reply, Taradel's response to all issues is "not our problem".
