After reviewing the situation, we found that the products involved in these orders were not available for USA fulfillment. In such cases, orders are fulfilled using the alternative fulfillment route selected for those products so that production can proceed and the order can still be completed. We understand how important fulfillment location and delivery timelines are, especially when managing customer expectations. While we continue to expand our USA fulfillment catalog, we acknowledge that our current coverage may not yet meet every seller's requirements. We're also sorry that our support team was unable to provide a more practical solution at the time. The issue here was caused by a newly onboarded support agent who was not yet sufficiently familiar with both our refund system operations and the correct service process. In your situation, the correct resolution should have been a full refund from the beginning, and we sincerely apologize that this was not handled properly. Regarding your concerns on product features: embroidery is something we are actively working on internally, and this service is already in development. We expect it to be available in the near future. In addition, custom packaging options (including branded packaging) are part of our roadmap for this year. We’re also currently testing custom hang tags and thank-you cards, which will be rolled out more broadly soon. On the account deletion process, we’d like to clarify that requiring contact with customer support is a security measure. This is designed to protect users in case of unauthorized access — for example, preventing someone from maliciously deleting your account and all associated designs and data. For this reason, deletion requests must be verified through the registered email address. We understand that some of our current features and processes may not yet meet your expectations, and we genuinely appreciate you highlighting these gaps. Hi Benjamin, We’re really sorry for the frustration this situation has caused and understand why this has been concerning. After reviewing your order, we’d like to clarify the timeline for transparency. Your order was shipped on March 1, and on March 13 the carrier reported a failed delivery attempt. We arranged a re-delivery, however on March 16 the carrier confirmed the shipment was refused by the recipient, which resulted in another failed delivery. The parcel was then returned and reached the carrier’s overseas warehouse on April 7. We completely understand how this experience may have felt unclear from your side, and we’re sorry for any gaps in communication along the way. To resolve this, we have already processed a full refund for your order. Please note that refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
