You're right — while we do have two fulfillment centers (one in the USA and one in China), not all styles are currently stocked in both. That’s something we’re actively working to improve, and we’re planning to expand our U.S. warehouse offerings soon to ensure faster, more consistent delivery across more items. We also hear you on the sizing. We're currently rolling out localized size management to better align with U.S. sizing standards — so what you see (and order) will match more closely with what you expect. We believe this will bring a much smoother experience for customers going forward. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us. We completely understand your suggestions regarding print vibrancy, DTF options, and expanded branding features. The good news is: 🆕 We’re adding new styles and updating color options every week — including bringing back and refreshing classic favorites. 🏷️ Our branding label feature is currently in testing and will be fully available to all customers by the end of June.
