Unreliable production time / delivery
I ordered previously from them as their range of t-shirts is better than other sites. Unfortunately, shipping took a week longer than expected and managed to retrieve it from the Post Office hours before a flight, The quality was excellent, so I decided to order again. I paid extra for it to be printed locally. I was given a lead time and delivery window. It's the last day of the delivery window, and production still hasn't been completed. It's now going to arrive too late, and I had to source it locally instead. I found the same T-shirt on Amazon, and a local printer did a great job at turning this around for me at short notice. Don't work with this company if you need reliable delivery windows.

Hi Julian, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — and we’re genuinely sorry we let you down on this order. You’re absolutely right to expect reliable delivery, especially after trusting us again. While your previous experience went well, this time we fell short — and we take full responsibility. The delay you experienced was caused by a combination of a warehouse relocation and logistics system upgrades on our end. That said, we know that operational changes are not an excuse when they affect your brand and planning. We should have managed timelines better and communicated more proactively. At Tapstitch, our mission is to make sure customers get high-quality, custom garments on time — every time. This experience has made it clear that we need to re-examine and improve parts of our production and delivery process to ensure reliability going forward. We’re very sorry for the stress and inconvenience this caused, especially with your tight deadline. We truly hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future — and we’d be honored to continue supporting your brand with better consistency and care. — The Tapstitch Team
