Tapp AirsoftReviews of tappairsoft.com

I ordered an APP-01 m4 adapter from tappairsoft. it came and I was super excited to put it in and start plinking. Unfortunately, my aeg m4 magazine from CYMA did not work with the adapter unlike what there website clearly states that it works with all airsoft aeg m4 magazines. I should have just bought amped airsofts.

Item does not work out of the box. Only shoots 1 bb at a time. Shotgun should shoot 3 or 6

You charged me twice for my purchase! When I emailed from the website to have the problem resolved, you never responded! And you don't have a customer service phone number that I could call. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Extremely poor customer service in my opinion. We will not be ordering from Tapp Airsoft again.

Very fast shipping and the part I ordered is great quality. Had a blast with my now hpa pistol at the field last weekend.

site wouldn't let me check out with current address, after several attempts I tried using Ship to different address but used the same address. and that worked for some reason

Love there products

Perfect, I needed the m4 adapter for shotgun and you guys had it available, now I'm waiting for the launch of the m4 adapter for desert eagle to make a new purchase.
