Hi, We are incredibly sorry to hear about your experience with the KZ-61 adapter, and we appreciate you letting us know. Your safety is our top priority, and we want to reassure you that while the adapter is made of a high-strength nylon, it is rigorously tested up to 600 PSI to ensure it is completely safe under standard use. Regarding the leak, the adapter actually requires higher pressure to properly seat the gaskets—it seals around 80 PSI and operates best between 120–150 PSI, which is why it leaked at 20 PSI. However, arriving with a broken feeding tube and fragile feedlips is definitely not the standard we hold ourselves to. To make things right, we are already printing and shipping a brand-new replacement adapter to you with these issues corrected (check your email). We strive to provide high-quality parts, which is why we worked extensively with you and shipped out thoroughly tested replacement parts at our expense when you first reached out. Because these parts fit standard platforms perfectly and no other customers have reported this fitment issue, we determined that your specific Saiga platform has drastically different tolerances and is unfortunately out of spec. While we always do our best to help our customers, we cannot provide a refund when the issue lies with an out-of-spec platform, especially after having already provided and internationally shipped a second set of replacement parts. Refund Policy Transparency: Our 5% admin fee on cancelled orders is clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which are accepted at checkout. This fee helps cover non-refundable transaction costs imposed by payment processors such as PayPal and Stripe. 2. UK Consumer Law Compliance: We fully comply with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations. These allow for a refund within 14 days of receiving goods—but do not prohibit a deduction for actual costs incurred by the seller in processing cancellations before dispatch, especially if services (like payment handling) have already been rendered. 3. PayPal and Payment Fees: Since mid-2020, PayPal no longer refunds seller transaction fees when a customer is refunded. This means even if the full amount is returned to the customer, PayPal keeps their processing fee. This is not a charge we impose, but a direct cost from the payment provider. 4. Multiple Cancellations: It’s worth noting that both orders you mention were voluntarily cancelled, not disputed due to issues with the product or service. We processed them promptly in accordance with our policy. Hello, We are sorry for your pour experience. But let this be an example for all users. You cannot put 1000 PSI in your adapter. As many of you know, you must have a regulator to bring it down to 100-120 PSI. It is unfortunate that this customer didn’t follow the instructions and ignored the warnings.
