This is about the GHK G5 HPA adapter. This has to be one of the most frustrating things I think I have ever used because the first day I got it only shot maybe 120 rounds through it. Everything was working fine and then I go to the airsoft field the very first game. I probably shot one magazine through it so about another 120 rounds the valve broke I didn’t exceed the psi. I loaded it correctly and it broke very first round so that ended my day and I had to order a new valve. I ordered a new valve and then the first day I shot the BB gun with the new valve. I probably only shot 300 rounds and the BB gun started feeding weird and I look at it. There’s a big chip taken out out of the feed lip so I put it up. Haven’t used it and then just now I tried putting it back into my gun loading it correctly doing everything the instructions told and one of the ears fully snapped off for spending 200 something dollars on this only using it about maybe three or four times and having less than 1000 rounds through it, that’s ridiculous. and I truly do hate to give a bad review because it is a good company with good customer service.

Hi Gage, We’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve had with your G5 adapter, and we really appreciate the kind words about our team despite the frustration. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have, so please email us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll work with you to get your adapter repaired and back on the field. The chipped feedlip and the broken ear can sometimes come from tolerance differences between platforms, which can cause the loading nozzle to catch on the feedlips. Our feedlips are now made from carbon fiber, which holds up much better than the older material. Newer tech gaskets and valve, an adjustable plunger, and updated designs have also improved durability and compatibility. Keeping your nozzle clean and making sure the nozzle return spring is in good condition will also help prevent nozzle wobble and misfeeds. We’d also like to take a closer look at what happened with the valve, so include any details or photos you have when you reach out. Thanks again, and we look forward to making this right.
