Great product. Easy to order. Quick to ship.
Found by way of Google search. Costs were known up front, no surprises and final product looks great. We ordered our logo, in black ink, on 1.9mil x 2" on clear packing tape in an effort to increase our brand recognition and presentation our shipping containers. We could not be happier with the final product. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Order shipped sooner than expected. Will re-order.

Disappointed
Our order was several weeks late and we were not notified as to why. The status was set at "ready to ship" for many weeks and it was not explained to us that this meant they hadn't even made it yet. When we called they said they had equipment failure. It's understandable that things go wrong but we would have appreciated more communication from someone. We had to call several times to check on the status. Our order went in on 2/22/16 and we didn't receive it until 3/29/16.

Hi Smuggle Portland- We appreciate your feedback and we agree, communication is critical; our 12-15 business day lead time for Custom Printed Tape is posted and highlighted wherever we can can during the order process. Once ordered and artwork is approved, status remains "Awaiting Shipment" for 12-15 business days: the production process. When finished and ready to go, the order is marked "Shipped" along with the tracking number. While we strive to have your tape in-hand after about 3 weeks, conditions such as customer-requested design changes, custom ink blends, shipping cross-country and having 3 points of contact can make that process more challenging. That said we should have done better; we went ahead and refunded your entire Shipping and Handing charges for the inconvenience. We know customers are eager to start using their custom branded tape and we, like you, wish there were ways to cut corners without sacrificing quality and complete it faster.
