A Little Frustrated/Happy again
I bought this tape as an inexpensive alternative to the 3M version for my ATG gun. The first roll was great and I was very pleased. However, when it was time to refill it I had to open 4 packages before finding one that was rolled on the reel correctly. Again that roll is working great. However, it is not really a savings when 1/4 (so far) of the ordered product is not useable. I am still not sure if I will be ordering more tape from here or not. *Update - The company sent me a link to a video to show how to fix the problem, I tried the fix, which was very simple, and was able to use all the tape. The company agreed to replace any rolls I had thrown away prior to getting the fix video at no cost to me, which was not needed. I have since ordered more tape.

amount of tape needed
In purchasing the 6" bi-directional tape to build my single hexayurt I was slightly misled by the 30-yard roll being an adequate amount to build a hexayurt. It states this on the ad for a roll yet I have run out and ordered another roll - the 60-yard one which I should have purchased in the beginning. I hope to get it by next week so I can install my shelter at Desert Trip.

Not a true dark blue
I was not pleased with this purchase. The description said "dark blue". Very misleading. Not a dark blue at all more of a dark royal blue. Didn't want to spend the money to send back.

Hi Jacqueline- We understand your concern about colors. Red, Green or Blue will likely mean slightly different things to each person. It means 256 different things to your computer (true color-24 bit) and combine to display over 16 million different color combinations. This is why, in addition to a description we try to include photos of all our colored products. That said, there is nothing like the real thing since colors may look slightly different online than in the lighting of your studio or garage, which is why we over many items like this custom slit for $4.89 per roll to try out. We could exchange for another color but for this gaffers tape we have it only in blue and a darker blue, neither of which seem to fit your application so I issued a refund. We appreciate your feedback and we're sorry for your trouble. Let us know if there is anything else we can do. -TapeJungle Support

Wrong way roll
I called asking if this tape was used for the ATG gun. I was told it was the main seller for the company. But it's all rolled the wrong way. I have an awful time getting them to roll right. I waste tape and MONEY. I wish it wasn't so because the price isn't too bad. But I use a lot of it and buy it by the cases.

Shorted one item but called and was fixed
Ordered some tape. Was shorted one roll of a two roll order. Called and was treated very well and a new roll was shipped out ASAP and received it with in 3 days so 5 stars for service when something went wrong but 3 stars on not getting it right the first time. Overall would use again. Great service after the sale
