We appreciate your review and apologize for any confusion. The issue you brought to our attention was caused by the "Abandoned Cart" emails from our new website to our customers. The timing of those emails were out of sync causing some to be sent to our customers after they had already placed their orders. Your review and our subsequent phone conversation helped us identify the issue and correct the "Abandoned Cart" email syncing. Also, we do have systems in place that are designed to check for and prevent shipping duplicate orders. Thank you! Bennie Wallace

Hi Richard, Thanks for taking the time to write a review and we are sorry to hear that you are having issues using HPE LTO 5 WORM (Write Once, Read Many) tapes with LTFS (Linear Tape File System). Unfortunately, LTFS does not support the use of WORM tapes. The issue is WORM media cannot be partitioned and so cannot be used with LTFS. LTFS creates 2 partitions, one for data and one for an index of the data. LTO WORM media will work with standard backup software. We would like the opportunity to work with you to resolve this issue.
