I placed my order online, but then it was delayed when the seller questioned the validity of the order. They left a voicemail, but it was over the weekend and my order was delayed 3 days by the time I was able to reach them at the beginning of the week. When I received the discproducer pp-100ap, it was listed as having 5 blank discs included with the purchase. There are NONE... only an empty place in the packaging for them. I left a voice message a few days ago, but still haven't received a response about the missing items. For a printer over $2300, I would assume that a couple of dollars worth of discs would be a simple fix, but not yet.

Been ordering with you all regularly, normally we receive a tracking number for the order. This order lacked a tracking number and we weren’t able to figure out who received it when it arrived. I had to call you guys to get the tracking number.

Two Stars Because I emailed your customer service to try and work out a problem with the order and received no return contact. I ordered two types of tapes LTO5 and LTO6...I needed 10 LTO5 Tapes and 20 LTO6 tapes, I inadvertently ordered them backwards and wanted help from your Customer Service to remedy the situation.
