Tapcheck sucks. If I could give it a minus rating, I would. I've had tap check for 3 weeks and have nothing but problems. Have called them at least 50 times. They've been going to look into the issues and call me back four times and have never done so. I'm now being referred to a special number to explain the problems. The message says they'll call me back Within 24 hours so I should leave a message but their mailbox is full. You cannot get to a person to solve your problem and you cannot leave a message. I cannot access the money in tap check I cannot transfer money they've already sent me a new card which has not been received. They are the worst ever. Find another app to work with because this is not the one. 9/23/23 UPDATE - it has now been an additional month. I have made approximately 100 calls and been promised at least 12 times that someone would call me back. They dept I need has a special number that says to leave a vm and they'll call back within 24 hours. The problem with that is their mailbox is full. It has been every single time I've called. And, they have yet to call me back.
