Worst experience ever. I wished I could give zero stars. I used the service once and they took money from me twice. I provided my check stubs as proof and here it is two months later I still don't have my money back. I called multiple times and was on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and still nothing. I'm on hold as I'm typing this review now I'm being told by automatic line please use chat support. I've been trying to get my money back since 08/10/23.

This app is so easy to set up, and our employees really like the availability of pay on demand. This is a great retention tool to keep our seasonal employees on the job! Those employees who had hiccups with registration have been taken care of individually by the customer service team, ensuring they get back on track quickly. Highly Recommend!

Today I went on customer service chat because I had been trying for a few days to reactivate my account with no luck at all. Well finally I decided to sit for a minute and went to the customer service chat and waited till someone came on and Thank you so much to Sherry for answering!!! They reactivated my account and loaded my new employer on to the account. Just sit and wait a few and someone will help you. Thank you so much to Sherry bc i was in a bind where I needed money.
