Hi, we’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We want to be clear that we do not ban or remove accounts without a valid reason. Actions like that only occur in cases such as verification issues, policy violations, or misuse of promotions. We also do not take any player’s funds without cause. If you experienced a system-related issue, we’d genuinely like the opportunity to review it and provide a clear explanation. Please reach out to us directly via email or live chat so we can look into your case. We’re here to help and make sure everything is handled fairly.

Hi, we’re sorry to hear about your experience—we understand why this would be frustrating. If a Skrill shows as completed but isn’t received, it can sometimes be due to a processing issue on the provider side. In those cases, the funds are typically returned to the account so a new redemption can be requested. Regarding the account restriction, this does not happen without reason and is usually tied to verification or policy-related checks. We understand it may feel unclear, and we’re happy to review it in detail with you. Please reach out to us directly via email or live chat so we can take a closer look at your case and provide a proper update.

Hi, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. Playthrough requirements are part of certain promotions and are always outlined in the offer details before participating. These requirements must be completed before a redemption can be approved, and if they’re not met, the request may be declined. We understand this can feel frustrating, especially if anything was unclear. That’s why we’re continuously working to make all promotion terms easier to understand upfront. If you’d like, please reach out to us directly and we’ll be happy to review your case and go over everything with you in detail.

Hi, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concern. All of our games, including roulette, are provided by certified third-party providers and operate on regulated RNG systems—we don’t control or alter any game outcomes. In situations like the one you described, it may be related to a connection or processing issue at the moment the spin was placed. If a spin does not go through properly, the wager is typically not processed or is returned, rather than affecting the game result. We’d really like to take a closer look at what happened in your case. Please reach out to us directly with your account details or the recording you mentioned, and our team will review it thoroughly for you.
