I like the fact that they have pragmatic games even if they're limited. I have 3 stars because I love the games but it needs something extra to the site. Also, the daily bonus is only GC's. Would be nice to get an actual daily bonus of sc's.
Response from Tao Sweeps: Social Casino & Fish TablesApr 15, 2026
Hi Shala, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your honest rating. We are delighted to hear that you enjoy the games available on the platform. We greatly value this feedback. Regarding your comment about daily bonuses, we understand your point. Currently, daily bonuses are awarded in Gold Coins (GC), while Sweepstakes Coins (SC) are subject to specific promotions and other dynamics within the site's system. Nevertheless, we have taken your suggestion into account, as this type of feedback helps us continue improving the overall experience. We appreciate your support and constructive suggestions.

Horrible site...mainly dead spins and wins are rarely larger than bet amount even after 10plus dead spins... don't waste your time or money with this crappie site

Hi, thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to hear your experience hasn't been enjoyable. We completely understand how frustrating it can feel when spins aren't going your way. We want to assure you that all of our games are provided by licensed software providers and run at their certified RTP rates — we have no ability to alter outcomes, and every spin is determined by a certified random number generator. Unfortunately, dead spin streaks are a natural part of how slot variance works, and can happen on any platform. We'd love the chance to turn your experience around. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team and we'll do our best to help.

Trash just like their sister site lucky rush! I tried this site for the first time and I kid you not every spin was a dead spin 0/10 do not recommend

Hi, thank you for trying us out and for leaving your feedback. We're sorry your first experience didn't go the way you hoped — we know how discouraging a rough start can be. All of our games run on certified RTP rates set by the game providers, and every spin outcome is generated randomly. Dead spin streaks, while frustrating, can happen due to natural game variance — especially in shorter sessions. We'd love the opportunity to give you a better experience. Please feel free to reach out to our support team and we'll be happy to help.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We take all concerns seriously and we're sorry to hear you've had such a negative experience. We want to be very clear — we are not a fraudulent company. All of our games are supplied by licensed third-party providers and operate at independently certified RTP rates. We have no ability to manipulate game outcomes in any way. Regarding the account access concern, this is something our security team takes very seriously. If you believe there has been any unauthorized activity on your account, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team directly so we can investigate and resolve the matter properly. We are committed to operating with full transparency and integrity, and we welcome the opportunity to address any genuine concerns through the appropriate channels.
