Paid instantly once aproved
I got the same run around with several canceled redemptions, but I finally used my cash app card and it was instant once it was approved.. overall good expirience

So far, so fair.........rtp to be determined!
So far, ive had a decent experience with this and its sister sites. All three have my fav, pragmatic play, games and this, along with quick redemptions, has led to my review. HOWEVER, along with fellow gamblers before me, I agree that this site has appeared to have a lower rtp than most, as ive seen that the games ive played for years on other sites, aren't seeming to hit like normal. Will update when more info is collected....

I really like Tao!
I really like Tao! They have a really communicative customer support team that really ensures that you are satisfied and they will gladly take the time to guide and walk u through things, if needed. Cashouts are fairly quick as well. Maybe an hour or 2 tops.

I’m giving it 4 stars because overall I did get my money but I feel like this site is really messy and support just goes off a script and doesn’t really know what’s going on. I won $400 and redeemed my money. My status went to processing and stayed there even though they told me it was already processed. I then checked my account and it said my redemption was canceled but I did actually receive my money (push to card) for $394. They still don’t know what’s going on but at least it deposited. Based on the other reviews I think there are way better sites with less complications.
