They are so reliable and fast. I have used Tan's Club for nearly 15 years. The product quality is unchanged over the years, very good.

The bandanas received were not the same soft cotton we usually receive, as these have been part of the company uniform for many years, the quality is not there, and with the difference in material the colors are therefore a little off from what we require.

Hello Susie Cakes Thank you for taking the time in submitting a review.. We have looked into your concern and found that we received your order on Saturday November 11th 2023. We shipped your order on Monday November 13th 2023. According to FedEx your package was delivered on Wednesday November 15th 2023 at 8:57 am and signed by M. Sanchez. On Saturday Nov. 18th we received a 1 star review from Susie Cakes. We researched Susie Cakes order history and found that Susie Cakes has been a very long time customer of ours and have a great relationship with all of the companies locations. . We truly do appreciate your business. We researched the order history and found that the 22x22 premium cotton material have been ordered in the past. We found that the most recent order, the 22x22 polyester material was ordered. According to our records, based on the order history, we found that the incorrect material / item was ordered. Since this review was submitted back on Saturday Nov. 18th, on the same day a new order was placed, for the 22x22 Premium Cotton Material. Please keep in mind that we encourage customers to contact us if any discrepancies occur. We also offer customers 30 days from the day they received their order to make a return. Based on our records, we shipped the item that was placed. We encourage you to please reconsider the 1 star review and consider submitting a new one as the incorrect item was ordered on your end. Some of the items i ordered were out of stock. Despite this a manager reached out to me to ask if i would be ok substituting a different color instead. I told him the charcoal colored hats would work fine. 5 days later he sends a follow up email asking the same question. What the hell? Just read my response and mail the items already.

Hello Steven Thank you for taking the time to write a review, We reviewed your case and found that we received an order from you Wednesday Nov. 1st at 8:28 am. The packing department found that we were short on an item that was selected. We emailed you on Wednesday Nov. 1st at 10:21 am advising you that we had 3pc. out of the 5 pc. of the 3 Hole Dark Green Ski Mask's. We also offered you available color options for you to choose from. We received your response 2 days later, On Friday Nov. 3rd at 9:34am you replied back with , "Charcoal works for me" Unfortunately we were unsure if you would like to keep the 3 pc. Dark Green or take all 5 pc. in Charcoal. We proceeded to email you back on Friday Nov. 3rd at 9:39 am asking you if you would like to keep the 3 pc. Dark Green and add the missing 2pc. Charcoal or replace all 5pc. to Charcoal. On Saturday Nov. 4th at 11:47 pm we received your reply requesting you would like the missing pieces replaced. On Monday Nov. 6th when we came back to work, we found that we only had 1 piece of the 3 Hole Charcoal Ski Mask, we sent an email at 10:09 am. We apologized for the mistake and email you more color options. We did not receive a reply and emailed you a follow up email on Thursday Nov. 9th at 11:14. On Friday Nov. 10th at 12:38 pm we received a reply stating "I already responded. the charcoal ones work fine" Please keep in mind that our inventory keeps changing while we are helping customers with other alternatives. Your order would have been finalized easier and sooner if you had made timely response. Thank you Tansclub.com
