Always shipped right away. Love it as we are a day camp and use these all summer long. Many times we have to order more during those months and I never worry about getting them

Wss unable to create my order online due to some problems we could not determine. The manager at tansclub worked with me and created the order and got the items shipped on time. (Said he wasn't suppose to take the order but realized the situation and did the right thing. That is customer service.

Thank you the delivery was great and the product was perfect. Only think is that the fabric seam is not straight, it makes it hard to press but the fabric itself is good. I will buy again.
