VIRTUAL CARDS won't work for anything

Awful payment for a long survey. I prefer the ability to get cash. If you get the visa card you only have 7 months to use it. You can not transfer to bank. Very inconvenient.

Got the run around on my $200 e-gift card between them and pre-paid digital solutions! My gift card was stolen and sent to a P.O. Box. I spent hours on the phone emails back and forth to prove the card was mine but was unable to get any help to resolve the issue.

It's great. I had earned $13 from my Clixsense by participating in surveys and now I discontinued to participate in surveys because of too much disqualification in surveys. So I had $13 in my Clixsense account and I had only one option which satisfied the terms of payment to withdraw it safely and quickly. So I chose Tango card and I got my payment within 2 days and I chose Flipkart gift cards for those $13. I received them instantly. It's Great if you have earned money from Clixsense and if it doesn't satisfy the terms of Payoneer then it's the best choice for you to withdraw your reward. There is only one problem with it, My Clixsense mail and Flipkart mail was different. So I had to change my Flipkart mail in order to receive that gift card. I had no choice to edit email for gift card because it sent the gift card to the same email as my Clixsense account.

Virtual visa card doesn't work. The company they chose is the worst. No way to contact the support. They don't pick up the phone ever. Email support sends canned response without reading the problem. The card doesn't work at any website. All websites decline the card stating that bank or company declined the payment. Practically unusable card. What am I supposed to do this card that cannot be used anywhere? I sent them several emails and tried contacting a human over the email but it seems that they have bots for reading email and no on to answer the phone calls. I am not sure why TangoCard chose such a bad company for distributing virtual visa card.

I answered a couple of surveys and got a $6 ecard. Have not been offered anymore surveys. What"s up?

Tango is a great way to incent survey respondents. The system is easy to use for us and them, and survey respondents can pick from TONS of companies (which is also good for us - this way we don't have to play favorites with a particular brand)

Great program, easy to use and the staff loves the gift card choices.
