We are a Canadian company and sometimes we need to send prize draws to non-Canadians. With Tango, we can do so without going through Moneygram, and it's free, too. The only cost is funding the Tango account because it's a Wire Transfer. Tango is easy to use and has many popular options for gift cards.

About 2 years ago I proposed TangoRewards at my day job since we were giving out gift cards to users in lieu of their browsing data. The API was seamless to integrate with really good API docs and they had a wide variety of gift card catalog. We had a technical issue in the start where we gave unlimited rewards to some users and Tango had failsafes in place where it stopped us from going above $10k USD spending per day and it saved a lot of money for us. Still using them after 2 years for our Charity Rewards and Gift Cards. Great experience. I'd highly recommend. Cut away one star because there is a lack of proper spending and reporting on their admin panel. Also they didn't inform us to set up stop gaps when we signed up for them initially which could've saved us atleast 7k when we ran into the aforementioned bug.
