Very easy to navigate in the platform to issue cards and redeem them. We love that the cards expand globally so we can reach all of our team members!

Tangocard vouchers cannot be redeemed for their full amount, they only allow redemptions of 50lei or 100lei for eMag.ro for example, and even all the other redemption options have the same low denominations, which is ridiculous and useless if you have a larger sum to redeem. Just make it right by your customers, if you are offering this voucher service, do it right. Such technical limitations such as low denominations are shameful in our day and age, just lazy. Also there is no instant human chat service? At least leave that on if not a phone number to reach a real person.

Very very bad Customer service. They send money to a wrong PayPal account, that i have never provide. Told me it would be cancelled after 30 days. It haven't been. I have tried contact a numerous times, I either gets a standard answer, that do not adress the problem or no answer at all. I finally got angry an got an answer, now they can't help and there mistake are now mine an PayPals problem. I am very close to believe they are a big scam.

TANGO is efficient to implement, easy to use, and allows us to provide gifts that colleagues can enjoy! We could not believe that it was NO COST for our company to use! WOW!

This was exactly what we needed! A tool that will allow bulk sending and was not limited to one type of giftcard (i.e. Target or Amazon only). We are not using it internally as well for employee recognition.

Easy to use, easy to setup.

It made it really easy to give gifts to our employees. We try to tailor gifts to our staff but this way they were able to take a visa gift card and get whatever they wanted.

no customer service, inability to check balance or add to apple wallet...card stopped working with sizable funds remaining. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
