Fast shipping!

My son has a v20 ebike and the bike went out and needed some repair for it to work again. We realized he needed a new motor. We bought a V20Pro rear wheel that comes with the motor. My sons connector that came with the ebike, was a V20 controller. When we got it the connectors did not match up. Called different places to see if we could purchase connectors that would work. Purchased one and that didn't work. Was going to return the rear wheel but after doing more research and talking back and forth with tamobyke we realized we needed to buy a new controller that was a V20 Pro. In buying the new controller there was a chance the connectors would not fit the throttle and screen. Happy to say we did not have to buy a new throttle or screen. All the connectors were a good match. The throttle and screen are not the ones that came with the ebike. We started the ebike and it turns on and works like it was brand new. Customer service was a 10/10 and the delivery and products are a 10/10!!! Thank you Tamobyke for communicating with me on every question I had. Definitely will continue to buy from you guys!

The E bike is all some

Both items showed up in Less than a Week, because All State refuse to help this company offered a Discount that took $50.00 off my bill. I mistakenly forgot to add the Discount the first order but email to the company they voided that order an I reordered included the discount. Once agin this company exceeded my expecting an I thank you. Have a blessed Day.

My bike came in fast. There was a scuff/scratch in the paint. I emailed Tamobyke and customer service was very responsive and we resolved the issue. I will definitely purchase from them in the future.

We have 2 Tamobykes and we love them. Last year we started my 12 year old son on a T63. The T63 is a great starter bike for a kid. It has all the style and features of more expensive bikes for a fraction of the cost. Our newest bike is the V20 Pro and we also love this one. Again the V20 Pro has all the power and style of bikes that are much more expensive. If you are not sure if these bikes are for you, you can take it from me to give them a chance and you will not be disappointed.

My battery wasn't working well so I contacted them and they got back to me right away and helped me solve the problem!
