Never shipped my items after almost two weeks. NO communication what so ever. Would and will never use again, ever! Buyer beware... they have 19 complaints on the BBB These people are liars... this was ordered on the 11th charged to my card on the 13th. Never shipped but had funky wording. They are SCAMMERS HARD STOP!! The Better Business Bureau said they are not a legit business. They are making up lies like they did with the others. Google reviews on BBB ect. Reviews DON'T LIE!!!!! They wouldn't respond for days, yet respond immediately to this negative review. Any positive review on their site is a SCAM!! NOT REAL! Everything I ordered from UPS, FEDEX, and the Post Office MADE IT HERE JUST FINE. YOU GOT THE REVIEW BECAUSE YOU DID ME LIKE THE OTHERS. REVIEWS DON'T LIE. BUYER BEWARE. YOU WILL NOT GET YOU ITEMS AND WILL BE CHARGED. THAT'S WHY YOU RECIEVED THIS REVIEW BABE. THAT'S IT!!! I DON'T LIKE SCAMMERS AND YOU ARE SCAMMERS. ASK BBB Sharing to tiktok... NOW You're not honest! Far from it... you don't ship what your customers purchase. That's called a scam. That's what you did to me and many others. Nothing you can say to be correct. You are absolutely wrong. I worked for FedEx for 20 years. You are liars. Read the other reviews folks. I'm a power shopper and I know my business. Avoid at all cost. Some people have had to cancel their credit cards infact. AVIOD! Packages were delivered to my residence by all three shipping companies every single day until today, which is Monday.. the first bad weather day. Now they have started harassing me. I will contact law enforcement if necessary. Stop contacting me and give me a full credit. I will be contacting Homeland Security tomorrow.

Placed an order 12/20/23. For items in stock. Today is 12/30/23. Paid almost double on 2 items cost for shipping. Wrote to company of which replied on 12/23/23 items will be sent out in a few days. Totally unacceptable and bad for buisness. Still have not received any tracking info or package. Obviously not a shipping issue if items weren't submitted to any postal service.

I placed and order 12/17/23 and still haven't heard ANYTHIN ABOUT MY ORDER! VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PLACE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE AT ALL! ORDER #14318! I was told that it was in-stock and that it would ship in 3 days and now it's been 10 days with order still in progress! No 3 days! Very disappointed! I been calling and get no answer and all you get is a pre recorded "operator" saying they are helping other customers so leave a message and tell get back to you but they never do! This is ridiculous! (My name is not Christopher) My name is Juan. If you did look at the order you would of seen that... but again I still need my order. I would like for talis-us customer service to maybe be more responsible and communicate with paying clients especially if something they paid for is delayed. Don't think that clients automatically know that. I will be back here if by January 2nd I hear nothing on my order. Thank you for your reply and hopefully some much needed changes do happen with your customers service.

I go to these all the time very cheap and the quality of the product is very good we always gets great deals from here u won't go far wrong here thank u very much for your friendly service.

The dog toy i ordered for my dog for Christmas came more quickly than I expected! I was very happy and I know my dog will be, too!! My only issue is that your shipping fees are a bit pricey.

Everyone welcomed me and offered to help me if I needed. It was nice going into a petstore nearby my home. My 2yo loved it and seeing the owners bring their dogs was fun for him. They've got a lot going on in there so check it out!

Very helpful in picking up our Hedgehog. They are very knowledgeable about things and ready to answer our questions as first time hedgehog owners! I would recommend to anyone looking to get exotic and unique pets. Thank you Talis-us.

I love Talis-us. The company has the cat food that my cats favor. The only criticism I have is too many requests for reviews. I only buy one particular type of cat food on a subscription, I would prefer not to have to review the order each time. Thank you.
